The Seed Sound for the month of June is "Ehm". Ehm is a heart healer on all levels. From emotional trauma to blocked arteries, Ehm will help open the flow of energy in and out of the heart for the most beneficial forces to work for the highest good of the person chanting and the environment surrounding them.
