"Ra" is the Seed Sound for the month of April and the energies of deep healing and restoration of one's life force. It is a royal, masculine vibration that attunes to the warm, radiant, and brilliant rays of the healing Sun.
The tongue is the extension of the heart that invokes the higher forces through the resonation of sound frequency. When the tongue hits the roof of the mouth, it is stimulating the higher glands in the brain above it and activates an ability to access one's highest self and spiritual evolution. This happens over time and with practice, and the seed sound "Ra" is a wonderful way to roll the tongue and activate the higher centers, Light, and stimulate new growth and life force within the body and in one's life.
One application with this seed sound is to chant it up the chromatic scale 3, 7, or 11 times. As you go up the scale, you are removing disturbances in the chakras and activating a rainbow of colors of healing within the body. This is a powerful way to destroy dis-eased cells and any low frequencies within the being both physically and energetically.
When you chant the Seed Sounds, make sure to use a complete breath and pull root lock by squeezing the rectum and drawing the navel in toward the spine as you chant. Chant the Seed Sound 3, 7, or 11 times daily. Please drink plenty of water and do not overdo it.
