Poem of the Week: Winners and Losers, Ups and Downs...

This human experience is for us all to dream,

And reality is never how it may seem.

One day you are up and riding the clouds,

Excited about life and feeling so proud.

The next day, tragedy might hit and strike,

Tearing down health and our dreams alike.

Whether we are high or feeling low,

Every lesson is a chance for us to grow.

We can't let winning get to the head,

Or allow a loss to fill us with dread.

It's one moment in the story of our life,

Don't give it the power to cut like a knife.

Flow through change and never attach,

Life will show up as a mirror to match.

With grace and Love we will find our way,

Staying present brings blessings to every day.
