Poem of the Week: Love & Harmony Inside...

A cut, a scratch, or a bruise so sore,

Paying attention so we don't accrue more.

Making a mistake on computer or paper,

Fixing the problem, it's not a deal breaker.

But a broken heart or emotional pain,

Is the thing that makes the energies drain.

How we feel makes or breaks each day,

Emotions can cause us to feel sunny or grey.

No matter what happens in our lives outside,

It can't be compared to an emotional ride.

This inner climate is vital to nurture,

Checking inside like a feelings researcher.

Holding Loving thoughts and seeing the best,

Is what all the experts highly suggest.

In order to manifest a peaceful journey,

We have to clear out the fear and worry.

Focusing on a much higher vision,

Is truly the most optimal decision.

Cultivating Love and harmony within,

Can strengthen us with much thicker skin.

Just create peace inside and it'll spread,

Release the pain and forgive instead.

Clear all the blocks and let it all go,

It's true, "as above is always below".

Create a new reality from the inside out,

Dream with confidence and let go of doubt.

We have the power to manifest our dreams,

Finding the middle path and avoiding extremes.

Keeping the heart full of passion and desire,

Rising from darkness and elevating higher.

This is our one life to mold into beauty,

Take the bull by the horns, it's our human duty.
