Poem of the Week: Lightening Up In Peace...

Arguments used to pull me in,

Until I realized no one would win.

Trying to get a point across,

Can only lead to a loss.

Instead I stay in my own lane,

Where I thrive and dodge the pain.

Those that poke and prod to fight,

Only seek to be proven right.

The energy lost no longer vibes,

I am Love and choose no sides.

Light as a feather I dis-attach,

Peace and I are a perfect match.

Each day brings a rainbow of Light,

Choosing peace makes it all so bright!
