To align with the best path can be a challenge,
Especially when seeking a deeper balance.
We want to be right and stand in Truth,
Checking facts & having the strength to dispute.
Sometimes we double down to feel strong,
Or agree with others to simply belong.
But, true strength and power aligns with Light,
Guiding us to follow goodness and what's right.
Allowing us to be humble and to be pure,
Good intentions help us feel much more secure.
What is the price we will have to pay,
To make sure we're "right" every single day?
It's a misunderstanding of the ups and downs,
'Cause life brings smiles, but also brings frowns.
Some days we have it right to the "t",
But other times there's a bigger story to see.
It's important to stay humble and open to learn,
Instead of a reckless fire that continues to burn.
Flowing like water, we adapt to the times,
Present and paying attention each of the signs.
To make the best choices and feel good inside,
We must walk forward with eyes open and wide.
In this moment, we have the freedom to live,
To respect all life, be our best, and to forgive.
Tomorrow is not promised or even guaranteed,
The moment is now to thrive and succeed.
We don't have to get it right all the time,
When open, no mountain's too big to climb.
