Poem of the Week: Awoken By The Lightening...

Out of the blue it struck down with power,

A shock that turned life upside down.

Reality started to mimic "The Tower",

As illusions fell to the ground.

The Truth revealed a story of pain,

Too difficult to have to swallow.

Not strong enough to sustain,

A story I could no longer follow.

So I took a step to make a change,

Holding dreams of what I desired.

Slowly things would rearrange,

As I transformed how I was wired.

That lightening bolt was a gift,

That caused a jolt of movement.

Just the right thing to make a shift,

And a life-changing improvement.
