Mudra means "To Please", and is a way to invoke the unseen forces for health and happiness. You can literally manifest your destiny with the palm of your hands. Mudras are a type of sign language to the angelic realm. Every day, hire the angels of Light and fire the angels of darkness with Mudra Therapy.
The month of July is the 7th month and connected to the planetary influences of Neptune. Neptune is a higher form of love that is expressed much like the Moon in it's watery, emotional, psychic, intuitive, and nurturing energy. Neptune teaches us to go deep inside to connect with the highest source of Light while going with the flow of change that ultimately rises one to the highest consciousness and spiritual awakenings. The depth that Neptune allows the soul to process nurtures the qualities of problem-solving. When you can look deep inside at Truth, it is clear that our interconnectedness provides us with all of the solutions we could ever desire or need. We have an opportunity to experience that we are both the key and the door to unlock our ultimate happiness.
When we bring our pinky and ring fingers together, and our middle and pointer fingers together, we are activating big polarities of positive and negative energies. By stretching our thumbs to 90 degrees, we are allowing the left and right hemispheres of the brain to communicate with one another. Bringing the arms and hands to the level of the shoulders activates our heart and other astral energies that govern our emotional body. Palms facing forward attracts beneficial forces while serving as a buffer and boundary to keep away darker forces and lower frequencies. Together, this hand posture helps to balance the brain and bring harmony to the mental, emotional, and physical bodies to work together as one.
How To Get Into The Mudra:
1. Straighten the spine in a comfortable posture sitting, standing, or laying down.
