Mudra means "To Please", and is a way to invoke the unseen forces for health and happiness. You can literally manifest your destiny with the palm of your hands. Mudras are a type of sign language to the angelic realm. Every day, hire the angels of Light and fire the angels of darkness with Mudra Therapy.
The month of July is the 7th month of the year, and seven is the number for the planetary influence of Neptune. Neptune is connected to the Crown Chakra and our Higher centers of receiving and giving energy. It is the furthest planet in our solar system from the Sun itself, so it represents going deep within for reflection of our internal and emotional waters. Neptune can support deep meditation, intuition, and insight. Those working with Neptune enjoy grounding when doing heart work on the Astral Plane. This is a mudra that grounds, calls in higher forces, and keeps unwanted energies out of one's auric field. The left palm is facing the Earth, receiving healing from Gaia in front of the heart center. When the palm faces the Earth to receive in this manner, we become stronger, and we have the ability to give back to the Earth in return. The right palm is facing forward as a gatekeeper to call in one's destiny, healing, and Divine forces, while repelling lower vibrations or entities that are undesired. Practicing this during the Universal Mars Period and the month of July with the influence of Neptune, one will create more harmony and balance and activate a protective force of Light in the aura.
How To Get Into The Mudra:
1. Straighten the spine in a comfortable posture sitting, standing, or laying down.
2. Rub your hands together vigorously.
3. Bring your left palm, face down, in front of your heart. Fingers are together.
4. Bring your right palm, face forward, to the level of your right shoulder. Fingers are together.
5. Relax your shoulders down and away from your ears.
6. Smile, breathe, and hold the mudra here for 3 - 11 minutes. Chanting the healing mantra "RaMaDaSaSaSaySoHung" or breathing a 3-Point Breath (See Below) is wonderful to do while holding any mudra.
