Guru Guru, Wahe Guru, Guru Ram Das Guru
Moving from dark to Light, I praise the one whom I know as complete healing and illumination in order to restore my Light from the darkness of which I was birthed.
Project your mind into the Infinite, and the Infinite will guide you toward the Light. This is a protective mantra for healing situations, as well as physical, mental, and emotional disharmonies. It is a sound frequency that brings you back to your own personal power and self-control. By being in one's center, all aspects of life can return to harmony. This is a mantra for strength and courage to move forward in life as oneself - fully empowered and embodying the Light of the Divine.
Chant for 3-11 minutes along with a track or monotone with as many rounds of the mantra you can do in one breath. Focus on the 3rd eye, and pull the rectum when chanting. Smile, take full deep breaths between each round, and sit comfortably so that you can surrender to the sound current.
