This is the time of year when we are drawn to go inward. To go to our depths, perhaps uncharted. As we dive deep, we must remember that we are each a gift, a miracle and a puzzle piece in the game of life. I believe that we are alive to feel into, and figure out, the meaning and purpose of life. We are designed, by necessity, to be adaptable and flexible. When rigidity and stubbornness are present, we have fallen from our truth. So, to be self-aware, as to be utterly honest with oneself, is the first and sometimes most difficult step. However, with love and compassion for ourselves we can overcome any obstacle and be authentic to our spirit.
May we all be inclined to reach deep within our hearts and strive with grace to become what we are truly made to be, and reflecting the light of pure and unconditional love.
