Moving forward in the Light,

we are called to take flight.

Feeling into the topic of Love, 

what we receive is exactly what we give.

Lessons of loss and joy are part of the ride,

we are called to handle these in our own unique stride.

The optimal outcome of any strife

is to find common ground for a peaceful life. 

Seemingly at random a day will change and action is thrusted upon us, 

and other days we are casually walking on towards the next pass.

Respect for yourself starts by releasing the old story, 

so no more playing that tape - it has lost its illusion of glory.

Proper self love continuously whispers, 

"you are amazing, you are kind, you are loved".
