Sometimes there is opportunities for growth and change.

Releasing disregard for refrain.

Listening to the soul is often cliché.

Take a breath and take a break from worldly dismay.

Be respectful of others and responsible for yourself.

To truly be happy you must do what compels.

Remember that the next step will always be the most important one.

And when you get to the top of that mountain of life, remember how you got there and who helped you in the midst of strife. So look around once in a while along the way, you may just find a team of heaven-like angels and earthly friends helping you every day.
