Essence Protocol of the Week: Creating A Healthy Change of Heart...

This entire month of January, we will focus on heart health and essence protocols that we have used that have made a difference in our lives and the lives of others. This week, our protocol focuses on the physical heart, and the arteries, veins, and the function of the circulatory system.

May Chang is a caring, uplifting, and inspiring berry that works as a heart tonic. She is great in helping to balance blood pressure and has been known to help clogged arteries. Spikenard is a peaceful, anti-stress root essence that is wonderful for circulation. She helps varicose veins, as well as artery and vascular health. True Basil is a protective, life-shifting leaf essence that works on the arteries and veins as a heart tonic. She goes deep into the inner heart and subconscious mind to help promote positive shifts out of destructive patterns to create better circulation and flow. The three of these amazing plants each work on the physical heart to promote healing wellness, while supporting the energetic heart to manifest deeper understanding that fuels transformation on all levels.

Anoint on the physical heart or over the heart chakra, on the wrists, on the neck, or onto the bottoms of the feet for best results. For the average adult weight and height, five to ten drops "neat" on the skin is enough to start anointing 2-3 times a day. Always do a test patch on the inner arm to make sure that the essence is not too powerful to anoint "neat". If it brings up a healing response, then use the bottoms of the feet to anoint, and meditate on what is coming up and out of the heart for healing.
