When the mind is at peace, we sleep well and we function much more clearly. Our stress and anxiety levels lower, we can focus, concentrate, and make better decisions for ourselves and our lives. Even our relationships benefit greatly when we feel at peace. Peace cultivates a creative, resilient, and healthy atmosphere. We tend to be more confident, and therefore more successful when we have peace of mind. Our favorite essences to wear when we want to promote peace in the mind are Mediterranean Cypress, Buddha Wood, Terebinth.
Mediterranean Cypress is an evergreen, coniferous needle essence from Spain. She is a great protector that helps us create a peaceful state of mind. Mediterranean Cypress calms us enough to reduce stress, let go of negative energy, and find harmony when we are experiencing adversity. We anoint 5-10 drops onto the wrist, neck, bottoms of the feet, and over the heart 2-3 times every day.
Buddha Wood is a tree essence from Australia, whose bark and wood are used as medicine. She is a wonderful peace ally, helping us get into a calm and meditative state of consciousness. When we are ready to feel whole again and live with a peaceful mind and heart, Buddha Wood is a wonderful ally. She helps us focus, let go of stress, and ground into our personal power. We anoint 5-10 drops into the palm and dab her onto the 3rd eye, nape of the neck, bottoms of the feet, and over the heart 2-3 times daily.
Terebinth is a tree oleoresin from France that is protective, nurturing, and rejuvenating. She helps to bring peace while awakening the Light body. When we feel sluggish, uncertain, or low in energy, Terebinth offers a soothing hug to help pick us back up. We anoint 5-10 drops onto the solar plexus, bottoms of the feet, and over the heart 2-3 times daily.
These plant teachers help us move from the active mind to the peaceful heart. Grounding into Earth's medicine can really help to shift us into a more calm and peaceful state. Nature is the ultimate peace-maker, and when we align with her, she guides us toward a more tranquil, calm, and harmonious state of consciousness.
