Aromatherapy Share: Harmony Gift Set for Fertility, Pregnancy, and Childbirth...

As our lives change and women and their families make the choice to bring another soul to the Earth, it is vital that she grounds and connects with the sources that support and nurture her the most. Natural medicine is a wonderful link between the Earth, the Great Spirit, and the heart. This gift set offers plant medicine that helps to balance the hormones, open the body so it can let go during birth, warm the chi, nurture the energy, help with nausea, calm the mind, help with stretch marks, soften the cervix, and promote a healthy childbirth experience when the time is right. The 7 essences we have chosen to support a new mother and her childbirth experience are Clary Sage, Ravensara Aromatica, Nutmeg, Peppermint, Bulgarian Lavender, Rosehip Seed Oil, and Evening Primrose.

Clary Sage is a powerful flower essence that supports hormone balance, toning the uterus, cramps, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, blood pressure, and much more. She supports overall harmony and helps to balance the emotions, to support letting go of rigidity, and to address post-natal depression. She is a wonderful ally before getting pregnant, during pregnancy, and in birth and delivery. Anoint 5-10 drops daily over the major veins and arteries in the body (neck, wrists, inner thighs).

Ravensara Aromatica is an amazing leaf essence that helps to stimulate the inner waters, strengthen immunity, and help the nervous system to handle stress. She addresses depression, anxiety, stress, fear, feelings of "control", inner shadows, and the aura. My personal experience is that Ravensara Aromatica can offer a powerful push when things have slowed down during labor and delivery. She can also help balance emotions before and after childbirth. Anoint 5-10 drops over the heart, lower spine, or bottoms of the feet when needed.

Nutmeg is a strong seed husk essence that warms the chi and helps to move energy in the body. She is a neurological stimulant that helps to calm the brain, strengthen the immune system, and reduce pain. She works to help reduce the "shaking" of the bones that happens during labor and delivery. Anoint 10-20 drops onto the thighs and lower legs to help calm the nerves and relax the muscles for a smoother experience.

Peppermint is a cold flower and leaf essence that helps with nausea, vomiting, pain, spasms, heart palpitations, mental exhaustion, nervous stress, and ovarian harmony. She addresses the ovaries, cramps, morning sickness, headaches and migraines, waking up and being alert, and stomach disharmonies. A couple of drops on the tongue or in water can help daily morning sickness or nausea during labor and delivery. She is also very cold and can help when the body starts to get hot during labor or after childbirth.

Bulgarian Lavender is a relaxing flower essence that helps to calm the entire being. She is wonderful for childbirth pain, contractions, blood coagulation, headaches, nervous tension, exhaustion, nausea, vomiting, wound healing, irritations, and more. She is a versatile plant healer that is nurturing when feeling anxious, stressed, negative, or tense. Bulgarian Lavender helps to create a peaceful environment and harmony between oneself and one's surroundings. Anoint as needed (5-10 drops onto the heart, the spine, or other areas of concern).

Rosehip Seed oil is a carrier oil that is extremely nourishing, gentle, hydrating, and protecting. She is a skin aid and regenerator that is great for stretch marks and overall moisture with vitamins, minerals, acids, and other healing properties. Rosehip Seed Oil strengthens the being to help face challenges and not let anyone or anything get under the skin. She addresses the liver and our anger, stress, frustration, and overall heart healing. Anoint several drops to the skin and rub it in for maximum absorption and hydration. She is thicker and will take time to come out of the bottle, so practice patience when anointing.

Evening Primrose is another seed essence that is perfect for the skin. She is also a collagen producer that helps harmonize blood pressure, headaches, hot flashes, water retention, and breast pain. Evening Primrose is used to help soften the cervix before giving birth. About one month before the due date, ingest one capsule a day of Evening Primrose to help soften the cervix in order to help prepare the body to give birth. She can then be used on the skin to help with stretch marks, dry skin, and epidermal nourishment. Anoint several drops as needed and rub in with the intention of healing.

All of these plant essences have their special space and time during the process of fertility to childbirth. Tap into their strength and power to help support the most connected, healing, and empowering birthing experience. Offer prayers from the heart and connect to the soul of the plant. Each plant healer offers their gifts when we humbly tune into their Loving strength and power. With trust, humility, and conscious awareness, we can work hand in hand with the plants to support the most empowering birthing experience.
