Joshua Bowser and Lemia Astarabadi are married and committed to Love of Self, Love in marriage, and Love in every thought, emotion, word, action, attitude, and behavior. They have been working together in holistic health as RaMa Holistic Care since 2007. Through aromatherapy, yoga, vibrational healing, meditation, energy work, doula services, ministry services, nutrition, plant-based living, massage therapy, animal care, live music, and lots of laughter, they are inspired to share these empowering tools with all who desire to learn and receive. They are enthusiastic teachers who are passionate about health, the environment, and the conscious evolution of all forms of life. This is what inspired them to start their own essential oil company, Sacred Scents Aromatherapy in January of 2020, during a time when natural medicine was needed the most. Joshua and Lemia play positive lyrics and mantra music in their band, The Conscious Groove, and believe that music and nature are the greatest examples of how to connect and find harmony and joy in this amazing dream we call life.
RaMa Holistic Care focuses on love. They take a grounded approach to holistic health, acknowledging our interconnectedness with one another and the planet itself. Meeting you where you are on your self-healing journey, they serve to help facilitate personal needs in mental, emotional, and physical health and wellness, as well as their services in sacred ceremonies, childbirth assistance, and through education with a variety of wellness training courses. They are humbly grateful to share wisdom from ancient mysticism to help with numerology, planetary astrology, choosing a business or personal name, individual blueprint readings, and spiritual counseling for individuals and couples. With loving intention, all things are possible. RaMa Holistic Care serves to restore hope and faith in all that is healing on this sacred journey of life.

Joshua Bowser is a Holistic Health Practitioner, a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, a Yoga Instructor and Teacher Trainer, and a Bio-Metaphysical Healing Practitioner. Joshua graduated from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health in the spring of 2007, and has since been on the path of truth and healing. Through Yoga, vibrational healing, meditation, Bio- Metaphysical Healing, nutrition, plant medicine, massage therapy, music, and laughter, Joshua is inspired to share these empowering tools with all who desire to learn. He is an enthusiastic teacher and is passionate about health, the environment, and the conscious evolution of all life. This is what has inspired he and his wife to start their own aromatherapy company, Sacred Scents Aromatherapy. In 2013, he co-created the first “Love Takes Flight Festival”, and has since held four festivals in Southern California. Joshua is a rhythm guitarist, singer, and songwriter in the band, "The Conscious Groove", and believes that music and nature are the greatest examples of how to connect and find harmony and joy in life.

Lemia is passionate about spreading the message of Love through Breath Work, Yoga, Sound Healing, Medicinal Aromatherapy, Holistic Health, Live Music, and Planetary Astrology. She is a Master Aromatherapist, Certified Yoga Instructor and Teacher Trainer, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Bio- Metaphysical Healing Practitioner, DONA Certified Birth Doula, Singer/Songwriter and Percussionist in “The Conscious Groove”, and is a Certified K-8 Teacher with a Master's Degree in Education. Lemia utilizes her diverse background to bring a universal approach to self-healing in all of her classes, workshops, and trainings. Her deep connection to Mother Earth has been an inspiration for their aromatherapy company, Sacred Scents Aromatherapy, while her love for music and sound therapy has inspired their Yoga classes set to live music with plant medicine anointing. In 2013, she co-created the first "Love Takes Flight Festival”, and has since held four festivals in Southern California. As a Yoga teacher trainer, and a trainer in both Medicinal Aromatherapy and Breath Work, Lemia is committed to sharing transformational and heart-opening practices with all who come to learn.
